As a Bilingual Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member working at Blake Ettestad Insurance Agency, Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency by building referral connections in the community, having meaningful customer interactions, and acting as a liaison with corporate departments. As a Spanish-speaker you will be able to assist an underserved market in our region. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact leads and prospects to schedule insurance appointments.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must speak Spanish fluently.
- Must be able to obtain insurance licensing within first 90 days.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
